What is Individual Therapy?
Individual counseling is a form of psycho-therapy in which you work one-on-one with a therapist. Sometimes you just need someone to listen and let you process out loud and other times, you need an expert’s opinion on how to manage your emotions or relationships. Individual therapy can be scheduled weekly, every couple of weeks or once a month, depending on your needs. Progress happens with consistency.
